Located in a beautiful gated community. Your Place in the Sun is where your friends and family can enjoy all that Kissimmee has to offer. The three bedroom townhome has it’s own splash pool and bigger pool at the community center. Here you can make incredible memories as you enjoy the splash pool, enjoy the 65 inch SmartTV, enjoy your favorite meal, as you kick back and relax after a day exploring all sites, parks, and shopping centers. We know you'll be dreaming about this space for years to come after you've created some of your best moments here.
Luxury Amenities
The front of the home offers ground level entry with keypad check-in into the three bedroom townhome. You'll walk into a spacious living area, and a full kitchen with breakfast bar island seating to the right. The kitchen offers full sized appliances, dishes, cookware, waffle iron, and a nice open feel.
The first bedroom on the main floor offers a queen sized bed, 65 inch SmartTV, and closet space. The main floor offers a direct view to the covered splash pad where you and your loved ones can relax and enjoy the pool. So much natural light really highlights this space, and invites you to kick back and listen to the kids splash in the pool, with your beverage of choice in hand! The main floor also offers fun games for the whole family to enjoy.
The second floor has two beautiful bedrooms. The first bedroom upstairs has King size bed, a SmartTV, walk in closet space, and it’s own bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin size beds for your children to enjoy, SmartTV, and it’s own bathroom.
The laundry room is located upstairs between the room rooms!
The townhome is a short three minute walk to the bigger pool, game room, movie theater, store, tennis and basketball courts.

ABOUT
Your Place in the Sun is a dream come to life for us. We purchased the townhome in the summer of 2022. Since then we've put a lot of love and care into the home to make it a wonderful place for a couple and family getaway.
We love the safety we feel in the gated community. Our favorite things about the property include: relaxing in the splash pool, playing in the bigger community pool, the tennis courts, the game room, and the food at the Tiki Bar.
The home is just a short 12 minutes from Disney World. The local restaurants offer an abundance of options. Additional attractions, “The Medival Times” and “Orlando Tree Top zipline are favorites as well.
We're excited to make plenty more family memories and are happy to be able to offer Your Place in the Sun for your family to make memories in as well. Let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay perfect.

This home, the community, the whole environment was just so peaceful. Take the family & friends and have a great time. It is really close to all the Disney parks. Restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations everything is really nearby. Fast communication, we really enjoyed the home.

This place was great! Very close to theme parks, has its own private pool and a bigger community pool, resort has a tiki bar with great food and great prices, small store, and arcade all super convenient. Beds were comfortable, house was clean and Kevin was very responsive when messaged. Will definitely be rebooking!

Beautiful home, large spacious living area, the three bedrooms each have their own bathroom which is nice. Pool is nice, especially after a long hot day in the florida heat. Nice club house down the road with large swimming pool; cocktail bar and area for kids arcade machines etc. not far at all from Disney and loads of really nice restaurants. Area is very safe. The host was brilliant on communication and made our stay very comfortable. Highly recommend.

My stay at Kevin’s home was excellent. Kevin was very easily available and quick to respond. We had all the amenities we needed. He explained everything very detailed, so we were very pleased and are hoping to visit again very soon. My granddaughter loved the pool the most!
